The Registered Condominium Plan, this is a required document that the buyer will most likely will request when purchasing a condo. The following important information can be obtained from the Registered Condominium Plan:
- Legal description of condominium complex
- Amount of units
- Size, and unit factor of every unit in the complex
- Location of units
- Where the common property is located.
This document is basically a land survey and can be used to verify the location and size of a unit. It is a required document for all condominiums no matter what style. Bareland condos also require a Real Property Report.
